Nicki Minaj has released her long-awaited fourth studio album today. Queen has punched the internet in the face with features such as Eminem, Future, Foxy Brown, Lil Wayne and more. The album cover features Nicki sitting on a tree branch with an Egyptian themed ensemble. The 19 track album is somewhat darker than what we’ve been accustomed to during the Pink Friday stages of Minaj’s albums. Queen begins with a motivational track called Ganja Burns. In the track, she references to writing all her own lyrics and being a fashion icon. The second track features her “boyfriend” Eminem, the track called majesty is nothing short of lyrical excellence by her and Eminem. The rest of the album features intimate tales from Nicki’s life with some surprise names dropped throughout the album. You can preview the critically acclaimed album on iTunes here.
